When I click on SAVE AS and/or SAVE nothing happens. Clicking NEW, OPEN works, but clicking close asks me if I want to save before closing, when I select yes, nothing happens.

Also it will not let me select a folder from my desktop to save to, this ties into the SAVE AS button not doing anything.

That is very strange.... are you using either network software or security software? There was an issue with Symantec awhilie back. Btw, you should upgrade to 1.9.3, quite a few bug fixes.... however, that does not solve your current problem. If you try to Export and it still gives an error then it must be something on your file system security. Let us know....
