#166 PLease use version tags in git!

Dear developers,
as per packaging policy precompiled binaries are not allowed in openSUSE. For this reason, I pull the source from git directly.
To have a defined code status, please use version tags!
Otherwise the package has to use the latest code from master (which may lead to undesired side effects)
