#143 Scaling options on print preview dont work

Hi,
some issues when using the print preview:
if you select 'scale to page width/height', e.g. 2 pages high, it always puts the last line on a separate page (page 3 in this case)
if you select 'fit to 1 page wide, 1 high' I would expect a proportional zoom onto one page. Instead, it fills the whole paper, but is completely distorted
if you make your settings 'default' it is not picked up next time you enter the preview window

The only way I have found to fix the 'last line on separate page' bug is to add a null or non- task at the end of the task list. It still print/previews the extra page, but only the null item is there.
