#121 High-level task costs added to their sub-task costs on report

The "Task information" - "Cost" report shows incorrect total project cost by adding high-level task costs (which already include sub-task costs) to sub-task costs.

The issue persists in the current projectlibre-1.7.0.zip (running as non-admin user, without installation) on Ubuntu 17.04 Mate, 64-bit.
