Unfortunately visiting that link the switching to English over there doesn't seem to work for me. So what I figured out with Google Translate is that in January 2016 the antivirus vendor ClamAV detected Win.Adware.Outbrowse-1197 with their detection library as of 20160118
Another 53 Antivirus vendors apparently found nothing.
Today I installed the latest ProjectLibre (v1.7.0) on my computer and Trend Micro didn't complain about anything. Maybe the issue can be closed as solved?
