#102 Bad french translation at new project dialog box

Hello,

please change the "Repousser" world to "Prévisionnel" in the dialogbox for new project.
Forward and Backward couldn't be translated as is in french language but as "Previsionnel" for forward and "Retroplanning" for backward.

I've found client_fr.properties file when tried to unzip jar file.
I've corrected many mistakes (not all).

Please update ProjectLibre version with this file. I'll continue to help for translation for next versions.
