Hi Hugh, that is really strange! Are you storing on a network drive or local drive ? Do you have multiple monitors ? This looks like some sort of Java issue being confused on the resolution. We have heard of multiple monitors messing with Java display....

This probably isn't the issue but wanted to make sure you were using the latest version 1.9.3 ..... we are swamped this week but maybe you can do a search on other posts.... I do recall someone posting a fix for multiple monitors... not sure if there are others...
