Move MediaWikiAPI wrapper demos to a subdirectory of MediaWikiApi.

Some new features and some new demos for the MediaWiki API wrapper:
- page deletion;
- page move.

Fix in the MediaWiki API:
- add the session ID only when it's not empty;
- post empty values are not successfully passed to the server, add a dummy value;
- add the indirect back link handling.

Some new demos for the MediaWiki API wrapper:
- list all categories;
- list page back links;
- list page categories;
- list page external links;
- list page wiki links;
- list page templates;
- query page information;
- list user options;
- list user changeable groups;
- list user rate limits.

The logout request should be done before the application terminates, otherwise the request fails.

Better error handling with callback events.
New ability to ignore warnings and errors.

Some new demos for the MediaWiki API wrapper:
- DB replication lag;
- installed extensions;
- general site information;
- Inter wiki map;
- Magic words;
- Namespaces;
- Namespace aliases;
- Special page aliases;
- Statistics;
- User groups;
- block info for current user;

- rights for current user.

Some MediaWiki API wrapper demos:
- edit a page;
- query all pages;
- query all users;
- query page back links;
- query blocks;
- query category members.

First public version of the MediaWiki API wrapper in Delphi:
- Sockets are based on ICSv7 http://www.overbyte.be/
- ability to login/Logout;
- ability to retrieve wiki metadata (pages, revisions...);
- ability to edit page contents.
