Planning for Projectile

Planning is beginning again for the Projectile project. Projectile will now be developed with Borland Kylix using the Extreme Programming methodology. We are going to start with as few requirements as we can develop and add functionality as we go. No document will be developed. Quick frequent releases will be the goal of Projectile.
