#1 Category selection window of request

When creating a new request, if the last category of
the categories list contains sub-categories, the
category selection window does not list the
sub-categories (the category selection field of the new
requirement form). When expanding the category the
window does not resize to show the sub-categories, so
they can't be selected.

Thank for bug report ! I'm currently rewriting most of the GUI (no
change from the user point of view). I'll check that when I'm done with
that (huge) effort.
