It would be really helpful to have the ability to add
notes to an issue. Not just a free-text area, a table
that captures entry date, entry type (phone call,
email, note, developer note etc...), description, time
spent.
That way you can visually see via a grid the issue
details/history.

This sounds fairly complex, but it would help where PB is
used in a help-desk environment.
An admin toggle to allow for notes would work nicely.
