#30 Handle correcly field-encoded pictures in GOP

One of Czech DVB-T broadcasters started to use MPEG2 stream with top field and bottom field encoded as separate pictures in the bitstream. Althought this is possible according to ISO/IEC 13818-2, the GOP integrity checks in ProjectX incorrectly marks pictures as duplicate, because both field pictures share same time reference.

Attached patch against current CVS changes theese GOP integrity check to be able to correctly detect field-encoded pictures. Feel free to ask for an example TS recording with field-encoded pictures.
