#12 please migrate to BrowserLauncher2

Hi!

it would be cool to remove the totally outdated
BrowserLauncher-Sources and use instead the new
BrowserLauncher2 from sourceforge:

http://browserlaunch2.sourceforge.net/

it knows many more browsers on Unix and has some
advantages in general.
