#11 Improve readabilty of UI

1) Add tooltips to the buttons, e.g. "Forward", "Next Chapter" as they are not obvious.

2) Suggest replaceing all the "+" and "-" buttons. They are used three times each on the main window for Cut, Chapter and Collection (whatever that is).

Quickfix: change "Number of Points:" (what points?) to "Cut Points:" in main window. ACHTUNG: das ist in der Deutschen version schon richtig gemacht worden die englishe übersetzung ist alt!

Example: use scissors icon instead of "+" for 'set cut point'. If you need to stick with text icons, then use ">" and "<" for instert and remove cut point.

I am willing to make you some graphic icons if you want, just ask (use Sourceforge send message to mail me).
