How to keep the PID:s when copying .ts to .ts

I've just started using ProjectX (the precompiled dmg version for MacOS X) and I've used it both to extract the subtitles and to trim the .ts file.

When I create a new .ts file the PID:s and SID:s change so that the audio track changes from english to german.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?

I've been experimenting with a movie recorded from TMC on a Dreambox, and in the original .TS file the SID is 0x191, PMT 0x21 and the video PID is 0x1f4, audio PID 0x1f5, subtitles 0xcc. In the trimmed copy the SID is 0x102, PMT 0x100, video PID 0xe0, audio PID 0xc0, subtitles 0x90.

well i don't know the answer, but i just noticed the same thing is happening to me. i've used pX on and off for several years and only just noticed it, so i wonder if something has changed in the latest version…
