How can i assign an Task -> Project or other direction???
and some more Informations!! :)
We made a new (Helpdesk)Ticket (in one SLA Project) and i want to assign this Ticket to an open Project.
But when we go over "Ticket Related Objects" to assign a Release Project, the Dropdownlist is empty!?
Where we could find the Error?
and is it possible to see the assigned Tickets in the Project overview??
V3.5 still has a lot of limitations while working with tickets and projects.
V4.0 has a few more features regarding this.
