Add support for multiple, separate aircraft via mapping files: now the target FLT file can be selected by REs based on the aircraft description string in the source flight. A minor backwards compatibility fix for XP.

A new release of FSXPS is available in the files section.

Minor fixes to documentation, plus some error-checking in the example start-fsx.cmd script.

The beginnings of a website - at last. There's far more documentation to do than I have time for right now, so I'll do what I can, and see to the rest later.
