adaptclassstrings always uses external class name syntax (a.b.c) even if the original string used internal syntax (com/foo/Bar)

Thanks for your report. I'm not sure if internal class names are commonly useful, but I've fixed the conversion for the upcoming ProGuard 5.0.1.
