#226 Variable types for todo-linked tasks

Right now, when you link a task to ToDo, the task type
in Progect automatically switches to 'Action'.

I would like to link other types to ToDo, and would
think that it is possible. For the 'Progress' type,
just don't complete the ToDo item until the progress is
100%. Do similar for the 'Numeric' type...
