#220 Change Task to Info in child doesn't change Father progress

If I have a Progress item with a Task as a child item, if I
change the Task to an Info the Father doesn't remove it
from the averaging and doesn't update its progress
status.

For the status to be changed I have to promote the
newly changed Info child item and the demote it back
under the original Father item. And then the Father's
progress status is updated.

This is clearly visible if you have a Father Progress item
with two child Tasks, one complete and one incomplete.
The Father's progress shows 50% complete. If I change
the incomplete Child Task to an Info, the Father's
progress remains at 50%, instead of 100%.
