Hello, proftpd community. Some of you may have noticed that with the
recent proftpd-1.3.4b release, we have stopped providing a .bz2
tarball alongside the .gz tarball. This is a deliberate change.
Over time, we found that the bzip2 compression was saving less than
a megabyte of space compared to the gzip compression, and thus
providing both was deemed a bit superfluous.
We apologize for any inconvenience this change may have caused to
any automated build/packaging systems. Going forward, however, we
would like to offer just the .gz tarball.
