Hello, ProFTPD community. The ProFTPD Project team is pleased to
announce that the third release candidate for ProFTPD 1.3.6 is
now available for public consumption.

You can download 1.3.6rc3, including PGP signatures and MD5 sums,
from the alternate download site, hosted by GitHub:

Alternatively, you can download proftpd from the main site:

RPMs, once available, will be placed here:

The 1.3.6rc3 release includes support for OpenSSL 1.1.x API,
new SSH2 key exchanges including Curve25519 and SHA256
algorithms, better SSH rekeying, and numerous memory leaks
fixed.
