Hi guys , well today we have a long awaited bug release version of the stand alone job board component.

Lots more exciting stuff will be happening once the current code is stable , thats why we are putting out this release, we encourage any users to please upgrade there stand alone job board to this version.

changes still to come soon with the postnuke module.

this release of phprofession 2.6 as a stand alone program has been released due to some very minor bugs in the 2.5.4 version.
this version has been checked and tested and should have no glitches while installing and useing the program as long as you pay attention to the config page and fill out the correct data.

phprofession job post baord just got better.
There are many new fetures and bug fixes,
the stand alone version has been updated to the 2.5 version as well as the phpnuke/postnuke module version.
here are some changes.
CHANGE LOG: version 2.5.3
# company field in install file fixed
# Ger language files added
# Fixed apply link to go to the new uploads section
# added more fields for user logins
# small other changes
# locations/departments/salary all listed by name and not id anymore
# unique id for jobcode
# many small bugs fixed to make notes on u could check the cvs for more details

this packaged version is the stand alone/no nuke version as it does not need phpnuke,postnuke to work properly, some bugs have been fixed in this version that are not in the postnuke release, but they should both work fine.

with the most antisipated release of the .8 PN series we will be ready for the next version of phprofesssion to come out arround that time.

Installing phprofession2.3 should be alot easyer than before all you have to do is directly access the install.php file from your browser once you have gone through those steps remember to delete the install.php file as well as the install dir.
