#22 2.6 stand alone does not work.

I just downloaded 2.6 stand alone and tried to install it
but keep getting errors.
On first install there are errors becuase of the database
connection details in the config file, then when they are
changes manualy to the correct one, it still wont install,
keeps coming up with errors.
When i open the mysql documentation in the install file,
there is a link to the mysql file but there are no files of
that type there.
