#17 Employers reading submitted forms and doc files

I have loaded phprofession on my site. Think it is great.
But when testing all areas of the site noticed the
following 2 problems with version 2.54

1. When a person submits the online form to apply for a
job in place of a CV. The details for references and the
details for work history appear twice.

ie: reference 1 details
reference 2 details

reference 1 details
reference 2 details

2. The second issue is when someone uploads a .doc
file as their resume and the potential employer views it.
The system comes back with file not found or
unavailable.

Can you suggest if there are any fixes for these yet.
