#11 Add job assumes job is for users company

The Add function assumes that the company for which
the job is being submitted is the same as the company for
which the user works, this might not be the case.

The add function can default to filling in the users
company, but there should be a field in the Add & Edit to
allow for changing the company. This could get tricky
for different spellings of companies or names, perhaps a
dropdown of existing companies in the job list (select
unique company from joblist) type of thing. And also
allow for adding a new company.
