The browse by company function assumes that the user
that added the job works for that company, it does a
select blah where blah joblisting.cname = '$view'.

If the user goes to a new company this will cause
postings for the new company and the old company to
become intermixed. The Company needs to be added to
the job listing. This would also allow multiple people to
post for the same company & make it easier on
recruiters.
