when I download the phpproffesionial 2.3 stand alone

this line is in the config file:

// this version 2.3 is for post nuke .712 and is not the
stand alone version

is it?

I noticed this, but there are still many errors in the
standalone version from the config file to installation.
please fix this soon, it will only take a few minutes.
