#4 Suggest existing tasks when on task add page

Often someone submits a task or bug that has already been handled, but the user may not have searched existing cases first.

As the user types their description in the addition form we could scan that text for keywords and suggest existing tasks/bugs that might already match the one they're adding. This could either be done while typing or as an intermediate page between the form and actually saving the new task.
