Each product's live website was probed and classified as alive, dead, parked, or absorbed , with the evidence (DNS error, HTTP status, redirect chain) recorded per row. Headline finding as of July 2026: 24.4% are hard-dead; AI tools die at the same rate as non-AI (24.5% vs 24.4%); open-source products die least (8.9%). License: CC BY 4.0.
