#318 Update WCM

So WCM hasn't been updated in a long time. We really should update it, but Will is the only real maintainer of it.

Things to update:

• Update UI, it kinda looks dumb (#338)
• Picker to get only certain items, and a certain amount.
• Squish Inventory Hacks into a squishier area
• Auto-run assignRandomSpells when a broken pet is detected
• Update Battle hacks
• Remove "test"
• Update broken hacks in Miscellaneous (snowball crasher, finish tutorial) (#316)
• Add more miscellaneous hacks
• Rainbow!
• Custom morph hacks
• Add more validation to battle hacks (#252)
• OwO text(#359)
• Remove archives from teleport (#255)
• Player state saving (issue: [#283], PR: [#349])
