#3 -f flag not working as discribed

The -f flag is intended to allow more than 14 characters in a pgrep -f search. It is not allowing a single character over 14.

➜ /usr/local/bin/pgrep -V
pgrep (proctools 0.4pre1) http://proctools.sourceforge.net

➜ /usr/local/bin/pgrep -f com.objective-see
