Please remove the border as it takes up space on screen. Having an option to remove the border would be useful since the tool bar should be available always. Therefore the less space it takes up the more useful it becomes and it gets to have an allocated space on the screen with the least amount of mouse clicks unlike using it from the system tray which involves more mouse clicks. The addition just left of the configuration button would be for a handle to be available for dragging to reposition as required which is basically what the border makes available but at the expense of a load of screen wasted space. The close button is in the configuration menu and so to could the min and max be made available.
