#64 Moving Defect Data in Defect Log Editor

Dashboard v1.13 and previous versions.
Sometimes a defect is logged against the wrong task/component and in order to move the defect to the correct task/component, a new defect is created and the old defect is deleted.

It would be simpler if a defect could be moved instead.
