I have project teams using JIRA to track the activities from initiation to implementation covering SDLC phases using workflow. For Development activities the project team uses PSP and TSP. How do I integrate JIRA and Process Dashboard seamlessly so that I can continue to use JIRA and Process Dashboard

Integration between JIRA and the Process Dashboard would certainly be very useful and valuable, but unfortunately no such functionality is present at this time.
