#80 Can't move node to top of heirarchy

When you a moving nodes around in the heirarchy, you do
it by cutting and pasting, except it is not possible to
paste a node at the top level of the heirarchy (because
there is no single root which can be selected).

Can I suggest we add a 'move out' menu entry, under
move up and move down?
