Process Dashboard 2.7 introduced the ability to use cloud storage providers (such as DropBox, OneDrive, and Google Drive) for team projects.
When teams are using this capability, they should ideally keep their cloud sync client running, and strive to ensure their files are as up-to-date as possible. For example, team data rollups will be out of date if an individual's local files have not been published to the cloud.
If a team member spends an extended period of time working offline, and they add items to the team WBS during that offline excursion, they may see odd changes in their personal dashboard when they finally come back online. For example, the time and defect data they collected against their new tasks may get moved elsewhere in the WBS, under tasks belonging to other individuals.
