#415 QuickLauncher overlooks backup ZIP data for some projects

The "File > Save Data Backup" operation can be used in the Team Dashboard to create a ZIP backup of data for a team. The resulting backup can be opened in the Quick Launcher at any time in the future to view the charts and reports exactly as they appeared when the backup was made.

Unfortunately a bug in the Quick Launcher is causing it to overlook data for some projects, even though they appear in the backup ZIP. When opening a backup in the Quick Launcher, some projects are showing all zeros for time, size, and defects, and are reporting that all schedules are missing from the Task & Schedule rollup. Fortunately, the backup ZIPs are intact and contain the allegedly missing data; unfortunately, the Quick Launcher is failing to see it.
