#413 Nested workflow tasks lost on save
Workflows in the WBS Editor are allowed to include hierarchical structure. One example would be a workflow containing a step that is divided into nested subtasks.
Unfortunately, if one of these workflows has been applied to the main WBS during the current editing session, and simultaneous edits have also been saved by another team member, the nested tasks may disappear when you save the WBS.
