#411 Legacy WBS Editor does not trust internally-generated SSL certificates

Many companies generate their own website SSL certificates internally (rather than purchasing them from an external provider like Verisign). A previous enhancement allowed the Process Dashboard and WBS Editor to communicate with an Enterprise Server that has been secured using one of these internally generated certificates. But this enhancement did not extend to the legacy WBS Editor (which is used for older projects). As a result, attempts to open the WBS for an older project can fail.
