#408 HTML ID attribute missing from tables in EV reports

The EV report and EV weekly report contain numerous tables for statistics, tasks, and schedule periods. Unfortunately, the HTML markup does not provide id attributes for these tables. This prevents an Excel query from reliably extracting a single table from the report.
