Deleting schedule does not delete baseline storage file

Earned value baselines are stored in files with names like ev-*.dat. These files can become very large over time.
If you delete an EV schedule (by using the Task & Schedule option, or by deleting the project that owns it), these baseline storage files are not deleted. Although their presence is harmless, they increase the size of all future data backups. This also increases the time to startup and shutdown (since data is backed up at those points).
Fixed in Process Dashboard version 2.7
