When workflows include a "High-Maturity Planning Task," individuals can use a Size Estimating Template and the PROBE wizard to create accurate estimates based on historical data. The workflow must define the unit of measure (for example, "LOC") that will be used for estimating.

When teams use Process Dashboard 2.6.3 or higher to relaunch a project, the units on a high-maturity planning task might unexpectedly change from "LOC" to "?????". This can result in a number of downstream effects, such as those described in bug #387.
