#373 Time not applied to workflow after component type is edited
If you:
1. Create a component with no time estimate
2. Apply a percentage-driven workflow to that component
3. Change the component type (for example, to a document)
4. Enter an estimated time for the component
The time entered in step 4 will not be spread across the tasks created in step 2. The action of editing the component type (step 3) prevents the time spread from occurring.
Fixed in Process Dashboard version 2.7
