#349 Remember the outliers

Enhancement Suggestion: It would be good if PROBE remembered which things were excluded as outliers, rather than me having to go through and re-check them each time. It also surprises me that probe uses all past data rather than differentiating on language. Seems to me like differentiated should be the default.

Still love the tools! I hadn't even realized this, but I just got a co-worker using process dash. He had a few foul-ups early on, and is finding it annoying that he has to keep marking them. As a work-around, I suggested that he might just mark those projects incomplete for the time being.
