#110 Process Dashboard bugss...

Hi,

First I want to thank you for writing ‘Process
Dashboard’ – it appears to have great potential.
After taking the ‘PSP for engineers’ at CMU SEI I
started using the tool. I’ve noticed several
problems that I was wondering if you were aware of
and/or had any suggestions on.

1) On Windows XP SE2, the input focus on the
tool somehow gets lost and the ‘C’ onfiguration menu
can no longer be selected. Also, the mouse button
appears to be stuck. I’ve seen this at least a dozen
times, but haven’t been able to determine what it
is. I’m only using Microsoft apps / os, and I only
started to see then after using ‘Process dashboard.

Additionally, I’m using the latest version of Java
from Suns web site – JRE 5.0 - Update 6. Perhaps an
older version might help? When this happens, I
usually have to re-boot the machine to get the mouse
to work properly. Any suggestions would be very much
appreciated.

2) The windows cut and paste keys -- ‘control-
insert’, ‘shift-insert’ don’t appear to work. As a
workaround I’m using ‘control-c’, ‘control-v’.
