#7 Darwin version crash under MacOS 10.3

I have a report of a crash under MacOS 10.3 (a.k.a.
Panther). It looks like this happens while trying to
fake up a command line for a process that either
doesn't really have one, or the command line is
unavailable for some reason. Unfortunately, I'm still
on MacOS 10.2 (a.k.a. Jaguar), and can't fix it "right"
until I upgrade. In the meantime, watch the "Patches"
section for a patch; until then, remember that free
code is not guaranteed to be worth more than you paid
for it.
