#1 Will not build with Perl 5.005_02

The dTHX command in ProcessTable.xs (a thread related
directive?) causing compile errors on Solaris 7 with
Perl 5.005_02.

Error messages are:
ProcessTable.xs: In function `ppt_warn':
ProcessTable.xs:60: error: `dTHX' undeclared (first use
in this function)
ProcessTable.xs:60: error: (Each undeclared identifier
is reported only once
ProcessTable.xs:60: error: for each function it appears
in.)
ProcessTable.xs: In function `ppt_croak':
ProcessTable.xs:69: error: `dTHX' undeclared (first use
in this function)

I could really use this on our "OLD" system versus
supporting versions x.y.z and greater.
