#91 ntr: GDP-bound form of pombe Spi1

We need to update a GO annotation to use a PRO term to capture the fact that in S. pombe, Fft3 binds to the GDP-bound form of Spi1 (but not the GTP-bound form) - see PMID:18422602.

Fission yeast Spi1 is P28748 in UniProt.

Let me know if you need more information .. though I admit I'd just be guessing at parentage.
