#4 System should allow manage currencies.

User should have possibility add/delete currency to/from current userspace.
Currency should be described by following data:
- Name
- Abbreviation
- Flag is this carrency default.

User shouldn't have possibility delete currency until it uses in any record.

Currency list must be hard coded in DB and mustn't be changeble by user.
